Petty is an award-winning Indonesian chef, writer and entrepreneur. She was a judge for Asia\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants and the World\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants in 2016 and 2017 and a guest judge on Indonesian Iron Chef television programme. Petty was listed as one of Indonesia\u2019s most powerful women by The Peak magazine.<\/p>\n
Petty Pandean-Elliott will be in conversation with a UK food journalist. This will be followed by a Reception with drinks, canapes made from recipes in the book. The Embassy will present a musical performance and pre-signed copies of The Indonesian Table will be available for PAWA guests to pick up.<\/p>\n
